windows media recorder, not from MS.. it records all kind of streaming media except flash, flash is not a streaming media itself.. when capturing, you don’t even need to click the link.. it automatically captures streaming packet. so, cool.. very useful to me who loves music and musician..

i stucked on some error when usting intelli idea 6.0.4. it can’t find the BaseDaoTestCase class with no particular reason. i upgraded to 6.0.5 and the bug was fixed. i don’t know the exact reason. but it would be better upgrade now..

i found ultima III for mac os x. it’s fun and very nostalgic, though i love most is ultima VI. i think mac os x has got everything i need. i  don’t need to keep an eye on vista any more. thanx mac fellows!

neo office is a clone of OpenOffice for os x. i just downloaded and installed it. it looks perfect and does not  break page layout. that’s enough. there’s no need to buy MS Office any more.

few days ago, i’ve deleted my external usb hdd’s partition tables. for recovering partition table, i downloaded some utils and when i executed, it made my pc go dummy. these were viruses. the world goes merciless, there’s nothing to trust.

so i formated my pc and reinstall every utils that necessary. and i’ve noticed that acdsee 9.0 has quick view feature. this make the preview speed as quick as acdsee 3.x. so cool.. i’ll recommend it to my friends who use only acdsee 3.x for speed reason.

my company decide to use iMac as a development machine! i received iMac 24inch, 2GB model yesterday and finished all setups now.. it’s just a great machine, and you never believe all windows programs are running on OSX desktop under the parallels’s coherence mode.

just amazing! i decide to use apple only as a development machine from now.

i’m a fan of leica camera, so i was pleased to hear the new digital m.
it does not support full ccd. gee, why the first class camera hasn’t got
the first grade performance? so i’ll wait another version..

m3 is the state of art machine. there’s no leica like that.. i wish i buy the m3 again, someday..

i heard that 965 chipset for conroe is somewhat unstable, but it’s not that level. it cheats me.

1. i checked this board supported upto 8GB RAM, but actually it doesn’t support 1GBx4, it only recognizes 3GB -_-;; so how does it support 8GB?

2. memory speed 800MHz is down-graded to 667MHz automatically. -_-;;

3. i can’t boot by cd-rom when the os is linux. windows is ok..

4. and somewhat more.. that’s not the fault of board. i.e.) the lan driver is not supported by linux’s defalt boot option.

it’s an almost useless board to me, because i’m a linux developer. i may change it early next year, and give this board to my sister for upgrading her windows machine..

how do you think about this spec? i carefully choose the best parts for development purpose. it’s only 210,000 Yen with 2 LCD monitor!

i’m reviewing all mac products ^_^ this one’s especially fine. thinking about its performance, it’s not so expensive ($2500) but peripherial device is somewhat expensive more than i think. 1G memory costs $300 and it’s 5 or more times expensive than normal one. HDD, VGA and everything is expensive, because mac pro is a server solution.. i can’t afford that all. if there’s a reasonable price pc using conroe, i may buy it right now.. (i don’t think iMac and mac mini’s next version adopt conroe, maybe there’ll need another pc line up for mac..)
