These are kalguksu noodles. A bit thick for kongguksu noodles, but the noodles themselves were tasty and I was satisfied.

The kalguksu is good too. The broth is nice, but the chewiness of the noodles is really outstanding. That’s why people line up..

Passing by, I noticed it was doing really well. Turns out it’s a chain, but this branch is especially big and the ingredients seem to turn over fast, so it looked even tastier. Though I don’t know when I’ll next have a reason to go all the way to Nowon..
