Naengmyeon
The broth is clean yet rich, and tasty. The noodles, though, aren’t to my taste. They’re a bit too slick and smooth, I guess… I prefer them on the rough side.
Rice
Adding rice to the broth turned out quite tasty. It’s probably because the broth is so good, but I think a naengmyeon-bap, like jjamppong-bap, wouldn’t be a bad idea.
