Volare in Seorae Village has been a famous pizza place for a long time. Neapolitan pizza places have been popping up everywhere lately and getting popular, and this place is sort of the original of them all.. It used to be a hot new restaurant too, but now it feels like it has become an old-timer..

Having bread on the side when you came for pizza is a bit questionable.. but since they have other dishes too, I’ll let it pass..

Margherita con bufala

A nicely baked wood-fired pizza. It’s a sort of premium version of the regular margherita, with the cheese swapped for buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes used instead of tomato sauce.. but the cheese was rich and the tomatoes lacked acidity, so it was a bit heavy. I think if I had just ordered the regular margherita, it would have been a much better-balanced flavor. The dough was seasoned just right and baked well, and overall it was a well-made pizza, so let’s just say my menu choice was the weak point..

Steak..

Apart from the pizza, the other dishes weren’t anything remarkable.. Still, the pizza is good, so all is forgiven.. Next time I want to order just two pizzas and eat those..
