I went back to my favorite, Tatsunoko Ramen. I like this place so much that I go there regularly. I never keep going back to just one restaurant like this, but Tatsunoko Ramen is the one exception.
The place
Here we are.
The sky
The view was lovely, so I took a picture.
Moyashi ramen
By now I have tried pretty much every item on the menu, and I think the moyashi (bean sprout) ramen is the best thing here.
Wakame ramen with extra chashu
The broth is light and refreshing, which is nice, but I still thought it would be even better with bean sprouts.
Miso ramen
This is a Hokkaido-style miso ramen. Only the broth is different from the moyashi ramen. Both are delicious, but I think the miso ramen suits winter and the moyashi ramen suits summer.
Gyoza
These have a clean taste too.
Chahan
Having come all this way, there was no way I could skip the chahan (fried rice).
Soup
Nothing beats eating this soup together with the chahan. It is always delicious, but it is the kind of taste that makes me marvel every single time.
I suspect I will be back again within a few months.
