On this day, someone who works locally introduced me to a place where you can have chimaek, Korean fried chicken with beer.

There is even Hangul written on the sign.
Menu
Prices are shown in dollars, and they do not seem much different from Korea. With a menu this long, though, I did wonder whether they can really make everything on it.
Draft beer first
It is served ice-cold, Korean style, which is great. Whenever I go abroad, I cannot help ending up at a Korean restaurant, because local places always taste a bit different from what I am used to. If you want a beer this cold, a Korean restaurant is where you have to go.
Salad
It comes topped with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Golbaengi somyeon (spicy sea snails with thin noodles)
They even have this.
Chicken
It tastes like plain, ordinary yangnyeom (sweet and spicy sauce) chicken.
Fried chicken
It was a bit old-school in style, but I still enjoyed it.
Soju
They sell Korean soju too. Soju goes well with Korean food.
Chicken feet
Spicy in a way that is exactly Korean style. It had a nice smoky, charred flavor too.
Off to the hotel by tuk-tuk
After a good meal, I called a tuk-tuk with an app and headed to the hotel. A tuk-tuk is not exactly comfortable, but it has that local feel, which I liked.
