This is basically a route that goes over a hill.. and since walking up is tiring, they put in an elevator. I suppose you need things like this before a spot can be developed for tourism..

I had no idea how much Sinheung Market had improved, but having been there, it is quite something. I wonder how far Seoul’s development will go.
