Deokhwawon in Sangok-dong

They just opened this new place and apparently the queue gets long. Business must be booming.. It’s popular enough that the menu is limited and there’s a wait, I hear. That, plus I don’t really have anyone to go with, so who knows when I’ll actually make it there..

The taste is pretty good. The cafe space inside looks nicely done too.. But I tend not to go to places once they get too famous..

Famous for 40 years of tradition..

It’s a place called Mami Chicken.. and no matter how you look at it, it seems to have been going a lot longer than 40 years.. Packed with people even in the daytime.. and they’ve got chicken grilling in huge quantities.. I had no idea Bupyeong had a chicken joint doing this well.
