A Daeseong Dogani-tang, the beef knee-cartilage soup place, has opened in Gyodae.

I would like to go once, but it feels like I would need some business reason to actually end up there..

I took the photo because the building was pretty, but French breads seem to be the main thing here. I should drop in sometime.

Bored & Hungry

I heard they closed down in the States, but in Korea they seem to keep opening branches.. The popularity here is no joke..

Cafe 333

There was a cafe with a distinctly otaku flavour to it, so I took a picture.. “Welcome home, master” – that sort of place, by the looks of it..

Torikizoku

It must be seriously popular in Korea. Yet another branch is going up.. As for me, I think I will stick to enjoying it in Japan..

They really do put up beautiful buildings these days..

I think this was in Yeonnam-dong.. Just looking at it, you might not even work out what it is..

La Baz

A popular dessert shop in Mangwon-dong, and they really do make things well. These days, though, I am focused on slow aging, so I just looked and came away.

Peony’s cakes

They look delicious. I have bought cakes all over the place, but there is nowhere quite like here, and cake is not something you can carry home from too far away, so Peony has pretty much become my default now.
