I’d heard a place called Ramen Kinjiro was famous, and since they were doing a pop-up nearby, I went to check it out.

It’s the Enshu Black style, then.

The noodles

The noodles were nothing special, but I suspect that’s because they were made for the pop-up.

Anyway.. I came because of all the praise, but it was very ordinary.. Maybe the main shop tastes a bit different.. but I can’t work up the motivation to go..
