I was passing by the Namsan area when I stumbled on a great spot.

There are no particular restrictions on entry, so it is laid out in a way that anyone can walk in. That could change in the future, though.

The use of space does not look all that efficient somehow, but there is a cafe and so on.

And lastly

The view is really lovely. Anyway, it was the kind of view that makes you want to come back if you have some time to spare.
