Ihak Galbi is a grill-house chain over in the Incheon area, and I’d heard that while the meat is good, the galbitang is especially good, so I gave it a go. It was packed with people right from the entrance.

The color is honestly a work of art. I have no idea how long it’s been since I had pork galbi of this quality.

Bibim naengmyeon
Every so often I get a craving for grill-house naengmyeon.. this is the classic grill-house version, easy to put away.
Galbitang
The amount of galbi in it is no joke, so finishing one on your own will leave you completely stuffed. If you’ve already ordered the grilled meat, sharing one between two is about right for a taste. At this quality it’s close to the top of every galbitang I’ve ever had.. which is probably why people queue up like that. Even though it isn’t cheap.
After-meal tea
Finished off with a clean palate cleanser and headed out. There’s always a reason a place does this well..
