Tangtangjeol, the tangsuyuk day everyone knows about, came around again, so I picked some up. At this level I do not think it needs to taste any better.
Sunhagun Ansungtangmyun
It is an Ansungtangmyun with no heat at all, and once it is this mild I think it actually loses its appeal. It would go well with kimchi, though.
Kimchangsoo Highball
I had my hopes up a bit, but it is far too Scottish, an authentic sort of highball. At around 3,000 won I would not mind, but costing twice that while being short on character is a shame.
The wines at the supermarket
Putting expensive wine like this straight out on the shelf.. I cannot tell whether Lotte is in bad shape, or whether it is the wine business, or whether the downturn is just that serious..
I can spot a d’Yquem too.
Potato Chip Triple Cheese
They said they put cheese in, so I have no idea why it is sweet. A taste that seems to have forgotten what a potato chip is about, maybe.

Squid Peanut Hot Spicy
There are tasty ones in the Squid Peanut range, but the overly sticky or sweet styles are not really for me. This one did not make much of an impression either..
