I remember eating well at Samsigi Gamjatang in Yangjae a while back, and it turns out there is a branch in Gyodae too. So off I went, right away.

It sits back off the main street. Business looks like it is going very well.

This is a single portion, and I doubt you can get a sense of just how big it is..

With the broth taken out..

How many enormous bones are even in here.. this alone is about three portions’ worth of a normal ppyeo-haejangguk, and they are selling it as one portion. The taste is good and the ingredients are fresh, too. Run a business like that and there is no way it will not do well.
