The Road from Incheon to Nagoya

I’m always going back and forth to Japan, so there’s nothing particularly remarkable here.. but I’m leaving it as a record.

Boy Scouts heading home after the Jamboree

From incheon to nagoya.

However often I come to the airport, I don’t often get the chance to see people from all over the world all at once. Most of them are East Asians. So this time, as luck would have it, I got to see people from all over the world both on the way out and on the way back, and they were all so young. I hope they went home with good memories of Korea, but I wonder how it really went..

FANFAN, the duty free shop’s outlet for products from small and medium-sized Korean companies

From incheon to nagoya.

There was a lot of unusual stuff that looked good for gifts, so I bought a bit of everything.

When the weather is hot, a fan would make a good gift too.

Jeju ttaksaeu (ridgeback shrimp) ramyeon

From incheon to nagoya.

The price isn’t bad either. The problem is that ordinary Korean ramyeon is too spicy for Japanese people to eat.. in the end I bought it as a gift and ate the whole lot myself.

There are makgeolli sets as well..

From incheon to nagoya.

The range of liquor is wide too.

Though if you ask me whether it tastes good, well.. anyway, there are plenty of unusual Korean specialities, so it seems like a good place to pick up something as a gift.

Food court

From incheon to nagoya.

I don’t remember there ever being a place like this, but there’s a pretty big food court.
