Sweet and tart like orange peel, and delicious.

Kaju Gummy, watermelon flavor

It says 100% watermelon juice, so I wondered what it would taste like.. and it isn’t all that good. Rather than watermelon it just tastes like sugar jelly, and the color is yellow, so it doesn’t even look appetizing..

Hong Kong Banjeom spicy jjamppong

It was unexpectedly delicious. Even though it’s a spicy jjamppong it isn’t that hot, the pork and squid flavors are deep, and the noodles were thick and chewy. You really can taste the flavor of the real thing.. If they served it like this in Korea it probably wouldn’t sell, since it isn’t spicy.. There are times when it’s better to eat it in Japan.

Calbee Zeppin Kappa Ebisen

I stumbled on it at the supermarket. It tastes like kappa ebisen dusted with smoked chili powder and salt. Apparently 97% of beer lovers approved of the flavor — I have no idea where that statistic came from, but it’s a fact that the salt and the sharp little kick make it good with beer.. It’s a kappa ebisen a level up in quality, built properly to drink with.

Melon soda

An ordinary flavor, but a fine thing to drink in summer.

Moldex Camo Plugs earplugs

Going about your life you get exposed to noise in a surprising number of situations (even if you never set foot in a club..) — walking past a construction site, running along a road, putting air in your tires.. Having a pair of these definitely helps keep your ears healthy.. Noise itself is a source of stress, so it’s worth carrying them all the time.. I’ve tested all kinds of earplugs, Moldex ones included, and these seem like the safest bet..

Fried snacks are always going to be heavy, but the lemon makes the flavor clean. It seems good as a drinking snack too.

It’s a limited-edition apple cider, and I think it just went down easily.

Royce’ chocolate for whisky

They were selling something unusual, so I bought it to try.

The contents

Raspberry pistachio, 62% cacao, cacao nibs, brown sugar macadamia. An assortment of chocolates, and they went nicely with whisky. I’d have liked to get more of them if I could.

Orange peel chocolat

Orange peel is usually expensive, but Chateraise sells it pretty cheaply. For the price I was very satisfied.
