Wingstop has opened at Gangnam Station. It’s the globally famous chicken chain. Honestly, I do wonder whether a brand from overseas can hold its own in a chicken powerhouse like Korea. So I figured I should get there early, just in case it goes under..

From a quick look, it isn’t a whole chicken in a box the way it is in Korea; it seems to be a wings-only style. The concept feels different from Korean chicken places.

The chicken had no off flavors and was perfectly good. The portion isn’t stingy for the price either. Still, I’m honestly not sure this level is enough to do well in Korea..
