To think there was a place like this.. If you arrive really early it looks worth a visit.. or you could just make a point of getting here a bit early.. but you rarely have that much time to spare..

Packed wall to wall with prawn crackers.
So Misen, famous for its Taiwan ramen, was tucked away in a corner like this..
They opened one in Shinbashi too and I never made it there, which was a shame.
They open from 11.
That day I came early and had to leave early, so there was no way to eat here.

The duty free was running a tasting service too. So I tried a few whiskies and bought the one I liked best.

Chinese visitors or Taiwanese, I couldn’t tell.. they were carrying off five boxes each, and the plain flavour of the nama chocolate was pretty much sold out.. as popular as ever, it seems.
Duty free
The places selling drink seem to have multiplied as well. That’s a good thing.
