ROCHELLE is a place famous for its parfaits. I went on a weekend with nice weather.

They seem to make good use of local ingredients. If a dessert specialist puts out this much, that is plenty good.

Salty caramel tarte Tatin parfait

This parfait looked so good that there was no way I could stay away, and the tarte Tatin is properly caramelised. It had all sorts of berries in it too and was delicious.

Fresh cheesecake cranberry sauce parfait

A lovely parfait with kiwi on top of the cheese. If you are on Instagram, this is a look you cannot not post.

Decor

It seems like a good place to drop by on a weekend and spend some time in an elegant way. I liked it.
