It’s winter, so I dropped by a neighborhood hoe restaurant for a slice or two of yellowtail.

This time I ordered a set with yellowtail in it.

Nothing fancy, but the room is packed with people. I suppose there is nowhere else to go.

Sashimi

Yellowtail really should be cut thicker than this, so that part was a bit of a letdown.

Goes well with soju.
