A budae jjigae place I used to go to often for a meal.
They say the taste of budae jjigae is decided by the sausage.
Budae jjigae..
Johnsonville sausage sliced far too thin for something that is supposed to be decided by the sausage..
Rice
Rather than the basic budae jjigae, going for the mushroom jeongol gets you a generous portion and makes for a decent meal. But no matter how good the sausage is, sliced that thin it is a bit iffy.. Still, these were COVID times and the place never got crowded, so it was nice to drop in now and then. No need to go out of your way to a packed restaurant..
