Tora Restaurant, right by Hakdong Station, is a Japanese place built mainly around rice bowls.

The sign inside says Hosikdang, so I assumed that was the name, but apparently the place is called Tora Restaurant..

It feels like a nice spot for a quiet drink with the rice dishes doubling as bar snacks. The prices seem fair for this neighborhood too.. The menu does lean pretty hard on carbs, but then most Japanese places are like that anyway..
