Honestly, shrimp broth is not an easy thing to come by in Korea, so I’m glad places like this exist in Japan.

The broth is a rich shrimp one, but the noodles are a bit weak. They don’t really go together. The chashu and the rest of the toppings are on the meagre side too.

Still, I love shrimp broth, so I was happy enough with the soup alone. It isn’t good enough that I’d recommend it to anyone else, so please don’t go out of your way to travel here for it.
