Hamarikyu is a Japanese garden right near Tsukiji. Think of it as something along the lines of Shinjuku Gyoen. Having a park you can go for a walk in right in the middle of the city is a wonderful thing.

One loop around and the scenery is lovely and you slowly start getting hungry. Have a look around before heading over to Tsukiji Market, or come see it after eating your fill at Tsukiji Market — either way I think it makes a perfect little course.
