I have been working south of Gangnam Station for a while now, and Yuksikdang has been the most memorable place of the lot.
The entrance
It is a fairly open space, so I would say it was well suited to the COVID era.

They bring out an absurd pile of wrap greens, which for the price is really excellent.
Squid jeyuk-bokkeum
This is the best thing on the menu, and the squid is unbelievably fresh. The way it works with the spicy pork, the seasoning when you wrap it all up in a leaf.. it makes for a great meal.. Once a week or so seems about the right pace to keep coming without ever getting tired of it.
