Boseulboseul is a gimbap shop, but what it mainly sells is keto gimbap – gimbap made without any rice. It seems to be pretty popular around here. The place was packed and delivery riders kept walking in one after another.

Gimbap stuffed with shredded egg has that lovely nutty richness to it, so it’s delicious. Take the rice out of this one and you get keto gimbap, apparently.
Mini Keto Combo 3
Three kinds of mini keto gimbap come in the box. The mugeunji (aged kimchi) tuna was good and the bacon keto was good too, but the mini truffle keto mayo was the perfect thing to eat with a drink. The catch is that this place is mainly a bunsik joint, so they don’t serve alcohol – which means if you want it as a drinking snack you have to get it to go..
Mugeunji Tuna Gimbap
The regular size, not the mini version, is tasty as well. The mugeunji really does go well with it.
Truffle Gimbap
This was the only one where the mini tasted better. When it’s big the balance kind of falls apart.. Anyway, a gimbap shop worth making a special stop for at Gangnam Station.
