Honestly, I had no idea a fruit sandwich could move me like this. They are vegan, but not in the way that makes something taste worse – it felt like the clean, refreshing flavour was exactly the point. And I am dying to know how they get hold of fruit ripened to such a perfect state. It had been a while since I enjoyed eating something this much. The prices, though.. some of the sandwiches are over 1,600 yen each.. but if you can just not think about the price, I think they are absolutely worth trying. I hope a place like this keeps doing well.
