Deokeunjip is gone, and a place called Daekyemanchan moved into the spot. Bad timing too, opening right in the middle of the covid period.
Anyway, I was looking for somewhere nearby to eat and ended up going in.
Mulhoe set (cold raw fish soup)
There were snow crab and king crab courses as well, but I had only come in for a meal, so I went with the mulhoe set..
Mix the mulhoe together and
it spreads out like this.
Maeuntang (spicy fish stew)
Well, not bad at all
Sushi
Muchim (seasoned salad)
Somyeon noodles
These are the assorted dishes you get at a Korean-style raw fish place. Not bad as something to go with soju.
I remember it being yurin-gi, I think..
This one was surprisingly good..
Dessert
Since I did not actually eat snow crab at a snow crab place, I am in no position to give it a proper review. It runs on a system where you can fill up on a variety of dishes at a reasonable price. The mood is decent, so it would work well for business meals too.
Snow crab
Lobster
Well.. if you can round up a group to go with, it would be worth visiting once to eat snow crab. But in a covid era like this one, that is not an easy thing to pull off..
