Katsu Seongsu is a tonkatsu specialist near Seoul Forest. I had plans with someone I know, so I stopped by.

No matter how low and slow it was cooked, calling a cold tonkatsu delicious is a bit of a stretch.. I have no idea why they sell tonkatsu like this..

It was shady with a breeze coming through, so it was a good place to cool off in summer.
