There is an Italian restaurant in Hamamatsucho that works mainly with ingredients from the Shikoku region.
main entrance
Looks like they hold a lot of events here too. There are quite a few prefectural antenna shops around Ginza and Shinbashi, so I get the feeling this is an extension of that.
table setting
Hamamatsucho is heaven for middle-aged men and salarymen, so I had no idea there was a place here you would normally only find in Ginza.
appetizers
The quality of the ingredients is not bad at all. The prices are reasonable too.
pasta
It tastes like ordinary pasta, and every ingredient is from Shikoku. Not bad for what it is..
pasta
Compared to Pastaione, this was far more edible..
pasta
I think it was probably venison. I enjoyed it, but nobody else at the table seemed interested..
cutlery
It has the air of a proper old-school ristorante.
fish
I should have taken a photo of the menu.. anyway, the cooking itself was good.
steak
There is no way beef could taste bad.
coffee
I think it is a good place to keep in mind for when you need a proper Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was nice and the food was not bad either.
