I heard there was a good sundaeguk place in Noryangjin, so off I went. Lately I seem to go nowhere but sundaeguk places — middle-aged-guy taste, that is..
A place like this..
Sundae gomtang
It was packed with ingredients, the broth was clean, and there was a huge amount of garlic in it. Eat a bowl and there is no way you don’t feel stronger, so to speak. It earns the name gomtang.
On the way back
It was a lovely day.
It’s hot out, so trumpet vines are blooming all over the place.
Trumpet vines
It reminds me of Yuko Ando’s song “Nouzenkatsura”. A song for summer.
