There’s a place called Hankuk Sundae in Yangjae-dong. I remember having a really good meal here ages ago. I dropped by to make up for the Wagari letdown…
Front entrance
It’s a bit of a shame the name is just “Hankuk Sundae” (Korean sundae). Knock-offs have been popping up and there’s no way to stop them… From what I found out, they only operate at a few spots around here. Any other “Hankuk Sundae” has nothing to do with this shop, so be careful.
On the way home…
These days I mostly get takeout…
Sundae
It’s the glass-noodle sundae style that keeps the price reasonable, which reminds me of Park Chan-sook Sundaeguk. Tasty, as you’d expect from a long-standing favorite.
Sundaeguk
This place does a really great job with takeout too. Generous portions, good flavor… shops that do brisk business really are different somehow…
