Thanks to Ugly Delicious, interest in pizza seems to be rising all over the world. Tokyo has its famous pizza places too. I went to one that’s been trending lately: Pizza Studio Tamaki, or PST for short.

Good ingredients, good dough and all that.. but again, heavily seasoned.

I think I expected too much.. if you lower your expectations and plan on drinking a bit more, it’s probably fine.. I also had the feeling the heavy seasoning is tuned to Western palates. In fact, more than half the people in the shop that night were Westerners..
