It just melts in your mouth… I don’t think I’ve ever seen pork belly like this in Korea, but if it exists somewhere, let me know…

Ii no Kuni Steak
A jaw-dropping 500-gram steak of Okuyama Gold Pork, and the taste was superb too. Not a hint of off-flavor, and the fat is juicy. This is the real charm of traveling out to the provinces. Ii no Kuni is the old name for the Hamamatsu area, and it recently became famous thanks to the drama “Naotora.”
