Lately there seem to be more and more good pho places around, Emoi among them. This one had decent reviews too, so I went to check it out.

Generous portion, and the taste is pretty decent.

Still, something felt slightly lacking. The noodles were a bit overcooked, for one. With a little more care it could pass for a genuinely great spot, but it felt like a chain, with the quality not quite settled. For the young crowd that visits Idae, though, it probably makes no difference.
