Between Ginza and Tsukiji, or rather closer to Tsukiji, there’s an izakaya called Hanya Kuta. It must be popular, because the place was packed.

It seems the shop came up from Fukuoka, which is probably why there’s mentaiko on the tray.

I asked for a recommendation and they suggested this and the chicken nanban, so I just had to trust them.
The pickles are all beautiful too.

For 1,200 yen, this is more than fair, and very reasonable for Ginza. No wonder it’s popular.
