Toda Park in Saitama isn’t all that far from Tokyo if you take the Saikyo Line. Thanks to the spectacular fireworks, a huge crowd turns up.

The spots are all gone by the afternoon, so you have to stake out your place well ahead of time.
It’s a huge space, but it’s packed.

Sweet stuff. I hit the restroom 30 minutes before the start, which turned out to be perfect timing.
