Misuji, a Yakiniku Restaurant in Akasaka

I went to a high-end yakiniku restaurant in Akasaka.

Menu

misuji

Prices are reasonable enough, and the menu only has “jo” (premium) and “tokujo” (top premium) grades. The starred items are recommended, so give them a try.

Lemon sour

misuji

Nikomi (simmered offal)

misuji

The level here is really high.

Meat

misuji

It’s a premium cut, so the fat just overflows. Cheap cuts don’t even exist on the menu.

Vegetables

misuji

Great quality.

Meat

misuji

This is the ultra-pricey stuff, chateaubriand I think.

Salad

misuji

They grill it for you, so all you have to do is enjoy it.

Meat

misuji

I remember this being the “silk loin,” or something like that.

The setup

The result

Wrap it up and eat it, and the taste is superb. It truly deserves to be called the best yakiniku place.

Meat

misuji

I think this was the jo harami (premium skirt steak)… Maybe because it’s so fatty, even this much fills you up.

Stone-pot bibimbap

misuji

Eating it to round things off.

Mix it well…

misuji

Top quality.

Dessert

misuji

Eating like this, you can fill up on the finest ingredients for under 10,000 yen a head, and be just full enough to head to a second round. So that’s why it’s so popular in Akasaka.
