Ginza has a fantastic new spot. I suspect it’s thanks to the spending power of Chinese tourists, but as a visitor I’m nothing but grateful.

Seems to be a famous dessert shop from France. This is their first shop here, opened at Ginza Six.
Kouign Tatin
It’s supposedly a cross between a kouign-amann and a tarte tatin, and it’s delicious. The apple inside didn’t make much of an impact, but the kouign-amann part was nicely caramelised.
There’s a bakery too.
