For a light weekend outing, nothing beats an outlet mall. Even if you are not there to buy anything in particular, there is just so much on offer. Good restaurants, cafes, even an amusement park, and so on and so on..
So we set off on the weekend before lunch and had a bowl of naengmyeon.
Naengmyeon
Well.. it was ordinary, but mandu and naengmyeon are dishes that hold up wherever you eat them. It probably also helps that I like that kind of menu.

With the famous restaurants from town all gathered in one place, it is certainly convenient.
It has been about a month since Hyundai Outlet opened, I think, and the initial chaos is already gone. Right after the opening it was hard even to get on an elevator, but now it is comfortable. Part of it is probably that far too many outlet malls have sprung up all over the place. If it stays at this scale and this many people, it is perfect from a shopper’s point of view, though I am not sure how it looks from the operator’s side. Come to think of it, Suzy held a fan signing here a little while ago too.
