Tomi’s Bakery in Yeonnam-dong

On a bright spring day, around the end of April, I visited Tomi’s Bakery. I am working my way through the breads I have not tried yet, one by one. With spring getting shorter every year, going all the way to Yeonnam-dong to buy bread is getting harder and harder. I wonder how many times I will manage to get there this summer.

The name is simple, isn’t it. The taste itself is the same as ordinary white bread, but since it is small and long, it made me want to top it with something like cheese or salad.

Plain-looking but delicious. It is one of my favorite breads.

They say it has a bit of wine in it, and it is delicious. Highly recommended.

I had nowhere else to post this, so I slipped it in here. The cafe has moved to a new location, so I was curious whether the taste had changed, but it was not much different from before. It is more than worthy of being called the cafe that represents Hongdae.
