I’m not sure pork really needs aging, but aged-pork places have been popping up all over lately. Hannam Dwaeji is one of them. It’s right in front of the bar Booze.

The place

A bit pricey for pork, but it looks neat and clean.

As expected, aging doesn’t really make it taste any better.

Still, we ate it happily.

Gyeran-jjim (steamed egg)

This was the standout. No idea how they make it. Maybe they picked it up from Baek Jong-won’s cooking show.

Kimchi-jjigae

The pork itself wasn’t any better than other specialist places, but the clean atmosphere and tasty side dishes made it a memorable spot.
