The biggest reason I planned a trip to Busan was that a Park Hyatt had opened in Centum City. There aren’t many hotels in Korea worth going out of your way for, so when a place like this opens, you have to go check it out at least once.

Various things came up and I didn’t have time for a proper dinner, so I just made do with bread. A bit of a shame, but there’s always next time.
