After getting our fill of dolphins, we moved on to the coral reef area where the sea turtles live.

The area is undeveloped, so it seems easiest to get here by helicopter or boat.

The camera was just not up to it, but the scenery was gorgeous. I had heard that Hanauma Bay on the east coast is also full of coral reefs and fish, but having come here this time, there seemed no need to go all the way to Hanauma, so I spent that time doing more shopping instead.

The plains
Everywhere you go in Hawaii there is stunning scenery. It is only my second day in Hawaii and I think I have already fallen under its spell.
