I had some business at Tokyo Skytree, so I stopped by.
Bean sweets from Fève
Fève is a new shop by chef Tsujiguchi, famous for Mont St. Clair. You could call it a modern take on the traditional Japanese confectioners like Mamegen that sell little bean snacks. They go nicely with a drink too, so I bought a few as gifts.

You can have a beer while taking in a view like this.
If you get right up to the window, you can see the top of Skytree too.
It was my first time there, and what a gorgeous spot.
You can see the Sumida River off in the distance..
Wonderful.

The reflections in the window are pretty bad, so the photos did not come out well.
You can even see Tokyo Tower way off in the distance.
This has to be the best view you can enjoy in Tokyo for free.
