I had already reserved Moriizo chocolates for Valentine’s Day this year, but another chocolate looked so good that I simply could not resist buying it. It is called Honey Bee Garden, a Valentine’s Day limited edition from the renowned Swiss chocolatier Läderach.

As expected, they are delicious. The head, the tail and the wings each taste different. Läderach’s signature smooth, melting milk chocolate comes with all kinds of variations here. It has always been one of my favourite chocolates, and they clearly put a lot of care into the limited edition too. If Moriizo is a chocolate like a snack for grown-ups who love their liquor, Läderach is, shall we say, simply a delicious chocolate.
The description of each flavour
I will skip the descriptions for now. The composition is more complex than it looks, but each one had a distinct character. I enjoyed every single piece. Another Valentine’s Day well spent this year.
