I got to Tokyo Station around lunchtime and, after dithering over where to eat, went into a restaurant inside the station. Surprisingly, there are quite a few decent places inside Tokyo Station. I could have had ramen on Ramen Street, but that day I decided on curry.

The main restaurant, a yoshoku place famous around Tokyo, is not far from Tokyo Station either. It is such a well-known name that I had no worries about it disappointing.
Inside
The interior is a little cramped, but the service was good.

I am trying to make a point of always having a salad.

They are tasty on the curry as toppings, too.
Chicken curry
As expected, a curry of a high standard came out. It is a bit pricey, but for Tokyo Station this much is understandable. The food at the main restaurant is said to be great too, so I would like to go there sometime.
Special beef curry
An expensive curry at 1,600 yen, and the signature dish of this place. The beef just melted the moment it went into my mouth, no chewing needed. It is not easy for a curry to be this good. If I did not think about the price, it is a taste I would want to have often.
