I spent the weekend going around the main sights of Incheon with my family. The places worth seeing in Incheon are pretty obvious, but it had been such a long time that I brought my camera along and shot here and there.
First up, Jayu Park
It is a park with a long history. There used to be pigeons here, but they have all disappeared now. The view out over the harbor is lovely.

It feels a little like Kobe.. The MacArthur statue is the most famous thing here, but I do not have a photo of it.
Wolmi Eunha Rail
So this is where that monorail that never moves lives. The colors are tacky — they could learn a thing or two from Design Seoul.. I have no idea why they went to the trouble of building a monorail over a distance you could walk if you pushed yourself a bit, but a free shuttle bus would have been so much nicer.

You can see Incheon Port far better than from Jayu Park. The heat was a problem, but it was worth climbing up on purpose.

It is a place for families and couples. It was hot, so we took a quick look and headed for the next stop.
