After cleansing our palates with naengmyeon, we headed here for dessert. I don’t think much explanation is needed.
Soufflé
It’s tasty, but I wonder why the soufflé comes out all on its own. Usually they pour ice cream or syrup into it.
Chocolate ice cream and macaron
The flashy presentation looks great, but the taste is just so-so.
Strawberries
Pretty, but it doesn’t really work as something to go with red wine. Ah.. is this when you’re supposed to order a dessert wine..

Cheese mille-feuille
Don’t picture an ordinary mille-feuille; it’s more like a croissant. It’s pastry soaked in fat and topped with cheese and nuts, so the calories must be insane, but it goes really well with red wine. It vanished in no time.

The popular guy’s bouquet
A popular guy is popular wherever he goes. A woman from the café group gave Bi-x, who came over from Japan, a bouquet she had made herself.

They say this one is good value too. Apparently the meetup went on until morning that day, but I slipped out around this point. There really are some amazing people out there.
