Anniversaire Café is a well-known cafe in Omotesando. I’d actually meant to stop by Omotesando Hills, but as luck would have it, it was closed that day, so I wandered in here while trying to decide where to go instead. I’d always meant to come here at some point, but there are so many other places to go around here that I’ve only just now got the chance.
Table
It has a calm yet bright atmosphere that suits Omotesando. The staff were friendly too. Prices are a little on the steep side, but considering what things cost in this neighbourhood, it’s reasonable enough.
Coffee
I can’t drink coffee, so I’ll skip this one~
Tea
I don’t know what tea it was, but even though it was hot I gulped it right down. In the end I emptied a whole pot before getting up.
Millefeuille
The desserts here are pretty good too. Of course they’re no match for Pierre Hermé and the like nearby. I think it’s a good spot to take a break in the middle of shopping in Omotesando and enjoy the casual, stylish vibe. I’d be up for coming back with a girlfriend. Which means I won’t be back any time soon, then?
